His experience spans diverse markets in Canada and the USA, where he has left an indelible mark on projects ranging from retail and corporate to multi-residential and hospitality.
Prior to his pivotal role at Prodigy beginning in 2019, Lucas honed his craft in esteemed design and architecture firms, including Andres Escobar & Associates (LemayID) and Aedifica Architecture. He held director-level positions, leading multi-disciplinary teams through the intricate phases of pre-construction and construction management. His tenure has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to client representation, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed stakeholder expectations.
Lucas is a nature enthusiast finding balance through wildlife observation, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. He says he is energized by outdoor adventures and the serenity of the natural world.
