Jeff is a dedicated and driven leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results across Canada’s construction and real estate sectors. Having launched his career in Vancouver and now based in Toronto, he has developed extensive experience across a broad range of project types and markets. This diverse background enables him to bring a well-rounded perspective to every engagement, combining strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaborative leadership to successfully deliver projects of any scale.

Jeff is recognized for his ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders around common objectives, and proactively manage risk. Guided by a solutions-oriented approach, he remains focused on creating clarity throughout the project lifecycle and delivering predictable, successful outcomes for clients and project partners alike.

Outside of work, Jeff is a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time with his wife, their two-year-old daughter, and their sheepdog, Murphy. An avid outdoorsman, he can often be found exploring the mountains of British Columbia, cycling throughout Ontario, or training for his next marathon or triathlon.
