At Prodigy, one of our greatest strengths is our ability to implement construction projects within high-security environments. We have been involved in the construction management / general contracting of numerous locations, nationally where high-security requirements are mandatory.

The Aeroports de Montreal trusted our firm with the post – security fitout of a Vino Volo Café; an international wine hospitality merchant based out of San Francisco, with several locations throughout North America. We were charged with managing the successful construction over the course of an accelerated ten weeks. We also acted as the airports and Vino Volo’s client liaison with their architect, HUMA Design. Our project team, was able to successfully execute the turnover of the new café, post – security, through our focus on communication and our experience in post – security international airport environments.

Our client required ‘speed-to-market’ and over two of the busiest travel periods in a year; the Thanksgiving and Christmas travel rush! Our on site subcontractor team was required to implement a near 24/7 construction schedule in order to deliver our project on time, on budget and to the expectations of our client.
