Upper Canada College engaged Prodigy to provide Construction Management services for the complete renovation of their admissions offices at the prep school. The scope of work was challenging and most rewarding considering the age of building. Completion was to occur during the summer months while summer camp activities were ongoing on campus and in adjacent spaces.

Due to the extensive experience Prodigy has conducting construction activities in and around Live – Environments, comprehensive assessments were completed, and plans were made to ensure the safety of all parties involved without effecting productivity and jeopardizing the schedule.

In addition to the great care taken to complete work while allowing the client’s core business to continue unaffected, Prodigy was greatly involved in the planning and design stages of this project. Contribution was provided during weekly meetings with stakeholders and consultants prior to and during construction as well as providing added services by adding a focused value engineering stage.
