Prodigy was approached by our long-standing client, Under Armour to complete their first Canadian Brand House Flagship location and seventh location in Canada. The new location was located at Toronto Eaton Centre and was a unionized work environment.

Prodigy has completed ALL Under Armour’s project here in Canada beginning in 2016 and have established a great relationship based on trust and transparency. This location provided challenges in that the long lead and glazing elements were all sourced from places in the United States and Europe, and as such, our project team needed to be on top of the shop drawings and samples submissions early. We were also responsible for the importation of all of these major elements, including the storefront glazing from a supplier based the United States. Several of the storefront glazing panels were in excess of 15’ high and shipped as one continuous piece. Site logistics was challenging given the location being in the city centre and within an older urban building. However, our project team utilized spider cranes and off-street unloading techniques in order to complete the installations.

Our firm has since built several more UA Brand House locations in Canada and the United States and look forward to our continued relationship.
