Prodigy was excited to be awarded the Construction Management of Royal St. George’s College School’s new Art Lab at their Toronto Campus. The Arts Lab project was a portion of the overall $16,000,000 Campus enhancement plan.

This project required an extensive and careful demolition of a classroom space located beneath the existing RSGC chapel. The project came with an accelerated timeline and so, Prodigy was required to utilize a fast-paced construction schedule, while Summer Session classes were in session. Our project team, was successful in employing a phasing of labour strategy which allowed our activities to go unnoticed. The project scope also required the protection and installation of x18qty millwork archways, within the existing college space; Prodigy was extremely careful and respectful of existing finishes throughout while on campus.
