Prodigy was excited to be awarded the construction management contract to build the new Fitness Centre at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in North York, ON. Founded in 1945, the CMCC awards Doctor of Chiropractic degrees under ministerial consent from the provincial Ministry of Colleges and Universities.

The site was formerly an indoor pool, that was filled in and repurposed temporarily as a storage facility. The new Fitness Centre area now boasts a fresh design, complete with north-facing windows that connect visually to the gymnasium below. The custom millwork, lighting and ceiling design attributes give the aerobic areas a modern feel and provide the students and faculty with an area to maximize their fitness regimen.
