Prodigy was awarded four (4qty) Chocolats Favoris locations in the GTA and Ottawa regions in Ontario. Prior to this award, Prodigy had been involved in the construction of several other Ontario locations for the high – end Canadian chocolatier.

One of the two Ottawa locations was inside a heritage building, which required our team to be heavily involved with the municipality prior to construction. All four locations were constructed simultaneously, using multiple Prodigy Site Superintendents and several of our pre-qualified trades. In the Kanata, ON location Prodigy was also required to complete several scopes for the Landlord prior to tenant possession.

All millwork and specialty fixtures were provided by a manufacturer based in Quebec and great amounts of coordination were required in order to ensure critical hold dimensions were respected during the construction phases of these projects.

All four locations were completed within the nine-week construction period and were opened to the public on time and well within the stipulated budget. Our clients were extremely satisfied with the construction process as a whole. We look forward to being involved on many more Chocolats Favoris projects!
