Project Overview

BMO Scottsdale located in Surrey; BC was a 10 Week phased Construction Management project.

The scope of work involved the renovation of approximately 6,000sqft of retail banking and office space. During the renovation, we had to ensure there were minimum impact on the branch operations. Our renovations were all after hours and weekends, and we had to ensure the branch was ready to open for business the next day.

The branch and offices spaces were complete demolition scopes and under strict timelines, our firm needed to remove ALL existing finishes including all Mechanical and Electrical.

Our firm delivered BMO Scottsdale renovation in 4 phases, with each phase having its own challenges which we managed to mitigate through proper planning from the onset. Each phase was carefully planned and implemented due to the nature of the project, which was an open remodel.

Our teams were meticulous in their approach, to ensure the cleanliness of the BMO property was maintained at all times and that our subcontractors understood the spill over into a live construction environment.
