Prodigy was thrilled to act as Construction Managers for Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd. on their remarkable 121 King Street lobby renovation and the exciting 22nd floor Amenities Space at Roserock Place in Toronto.

The lobby was transformed using a feature element consisting of a pink granite centerpiece, spanning two floors. The new state of the art Amenities Space features a collaborative workspace, a barista café, golf simulator, and exceptional outdoor terrace overlooking the downtown core.

The project was made possible through Project Management support from JLL and B+H Architects, along with Eventscape.
